You must be beside yourself with excitement by now. I have never been owned by a Too, but we sure have a lot of folks here who are! lol
A grandchild on the way as well! Wow! You really are packing a lot of firsts into a short time, Kathy! lol I now have three: Emily, who will be 6 years on March 4, Julia, who was 4 on December 24, and Murray, who will be one year on June 15. I am very blessed to live just a few minutes away from them, so I've been able to have an active role in their lives. My grandparents were more that 1,300 miles from us, so we saw them only every year or two.
I share my home near Victoria, British Columbia with four feathered companions. Basil - female Indian Ringneck, Pepper - male Cockatiel, Sage - female White-Eared Conure, and Beau - female Hahns Macaw. I've had birds now since 1985. I have had dogs in the past, and horses as well! I used to belong to a horse club called the Snow Valley Wranglers. We had a lot of fun. I rode a quarter-horse, and used to always win the barrel races when we had gymkhanas.
Getting back to your new family member, I'm really looking foward to hearing all aobut Coco after you have her home! And of course, I'm hoping that you'll introduce her to us by way of some pictures? lol
