Well, I was partly successful today in starting an album.  I have a blank album, but I can't figure out how to get any pictures into the deal that uploads pictures into the album.  I scanned a picture of my cockatiels, but can't get them out of the place my scanner program put them.  The picture is on my desk top under the "my images" icon.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the picture from there to the album?  Thanks!  Kathy

Kathy, Click on Pictures, near the top of the sidebar. Your album is the very top one.
Click the title. It will open.
Then see ? Click that.
It will tell MSN to install a photo upload control in your computer. Let it do that. Answer yes if it asks you if you want to allow it.
Then your computer will open up on the left side of your screen. Go thru it til you find the place where you stored the pics. Click the little box for each pic you want to add.  
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click to let MSN resize your pics.
Then scroll back to the top and on the upper right side, click Upload Now. You will see it tossing pics to the album.
If you have trouble, back out and try adding fewer pics at one time.
The photo upload tool will stay in your computer til you delete your cookies. It's OK to leave it there.

Thank you Annie.  I just went to the photo albums and the "add photos" was missing from my album section.  If it comes back, I'll give your instructions a try.  Sometimes I feel really incompetent in making a computer do what I want it to do!  Kathy

Are you signed in to BB on the same passport with which you created the album? I have two passports and if I happen to be signed in to the wrong one I don't see the button either. That's a safety feature by MSN so others can't add their stuff to your album.
 
We often have glitches in MSN and that could be what's wrong, so check the album often and try to get it loaded.
