This page also has a history of avian influenza, so do check the dates of the articles. Some are from earlier years.

Too emailed me with this story about the parrot that died in British quarantine recently. The article, found at:
 
 
states that the tests show that the cause of death was the most deadly H5N1 form of the virus.

National Geographic has most of this months magazine with information on Bird Flu.. and if the map stats predicted ever come to pass.....we in Florida are wiped out......... Too2
