You need to give her a bath/shower asap. If she preens and ingests any of that stuff it could kill her. I would towel her and hold her under a running tap (tepid water) and make sure it is thoroughly rinsed.

IN ALL THE YEARS I USED A DYE I MADE SURE NO BIRDS WERE AROUND AS DYE IS VERY DANGEROUS... MOST WON'T EVEN ALLOW A BIRD CLOSE TO THEM FOR A FEW DAYS AS THE ODOR CAN LINGER AND STILL CAUSE PROBLEMS.
HOPEFULLY THIS BIRD WILL SUSTAIN LITTLE DAMAGE.
