As some of you might know we bought a Greenwing Macaw (Mika) who is on her way here as I type....Well I guess we are also getting Cocomo as well.
Cocomo was the last bird he had to sell and as of this morning no one had called about the bird so rather than Cocomo be alone when he is use to having 12 other parrots around he gave Cocomo to us .
Cocomo is super friendly with alot of personality he likes everyone and from what I understand has a large vocabulary "Hello", "Step up", "Whatcha Doing", Where's the apples?" Cocomo", "Cocomo's a good birdie!", if you ask him if he is a good birdie he will nod his head excitedly.

How exciting to be getting a second bird at the same time!  Cocomo is really beautiful.  I'm glad he gets to stay with his buddy Mika at your house.  Can hardly wait to hear that Allen and the birds are safely back home.  Kathy

What a beautiful bird. I love the conures with the red faces. So pretty. Sounds like you got a good friend.

WOW - you don't see the mitreds too often. This was my first "big bird" - years ago. His name was Ramon. I was amazed that I was never kicked out of my apartment the way he called out - always starting low and building to a great crescendo! LOL - I just ran a cross a picture of him stealing a snack from my then two year old son - he was quite a character!
You sure will be having some fun and adventure at your house - can't wait to hear all about them!

Hey, nice "bonus'! Are they home yet? How are they doing? I can't wait to hear more and see pics of them. Allen said Mika was supposed to "even things out" and like him better... but that doesn't getting Cocomo give you an odd number again? Does that mean another is in the future too? LOL Be careful not to get too many!

Does that mean another is in the future too?not unless it is an M2, thats the one bird I long to have BUT not right now I figure in about 10 years I will be looking to adopt an older M2 that is between 20 and 30 years old.
