Today we had some folks over and they we talking about how their mom and dad raised all their own food, including meat, during WWII.

 

One of them went into detail how they butched rabbits and chickens with all the hand gestures involved.

 

Twiggy was in her cage on the deck and listening thru the open sliding door and watching everything very carefully.

She yelled.....*Oh! How horrible!*  just at the right moment in the conversation. 

 

Talk about having shocked folks sitting in my living room!!!!

All four of them heard it just as clearly as possible and were still talking about her 30 minutes later as I walked them out to their car.  di
