Sorry you're having back problems Peggy. That's the pits, to say the least! I sure hope your new meds do the trick.
When I went to Physio today, we talked about how my back hasn't bothered me as much the past couple of weeks since I last saw her. Then I realized that while Dad was in the hospital, I wasn't spending any time to speak of with the granddaughters! I think it's lifting sturdy little Julia that got it riled up again! Anyway, I'll try to be more careful how I lift her if I have to lift her, and see if that helps.
Hey, now we know why I'm always such a grouch!
Dale, how is your veggie garden coming? Have it all in the ground yet?
Nanners, how are you doing? Just 'cause you're a new bride doesn't mean you can stay away, you know!
Our weather has been really iffy the past few days ... sunny one minute, and rainy and windy the next. In one day it seems like we have about four different climates! Right now its dul and grey out, but it stopped raining. I sure hope it clears a bit for the weekend. I want to get out in my flowerbeds!
Di, you should post some pictures of your quilts! I love quilts! In Abbotsford there is a large Mennonite community, and man do those ladies make some unbelievably beautiful quilts! At the Agricultural Fair they always have lots of competition for the quilters (as well as other handiwork) and I used to just love going through and looking at the entries.
Dad is doing better, but he is still really listless and tires really easily. My son Jason is coming over tomorrow from the mainland to visit, and I'm hoping that will perk Dad up a bit. He's bringing the pictures he and Kate took on their Australian trip last month.
Hope you are all doing well, and that you have a great weekend!
Abby
