Speedy and Scott, I switched to Miller Lite.  Tastes great, Less filling.  No after taste and less gas the next day.  I swear thought that with all the new diets (Adkin's Diet) telling us to eat meat and cheese and cut out the sugars, pops, carbohydrates, Medication seems to be the simplest method,, however,, Diet is the most effective... I dont exercise since getting out of the military in 1991 and I am only killing myself I guess so I better get busy for REAL this spring and ATTACK the Cholesterol, fat, and cut back somewhat on the beer.  That sounds horrible, and I am scared,, but I guess I dont want to die anytime soon either!!!  The Steelers must win at least one more Superbowl prior to that so I got work to do!!!

I do The Atkins Diet.

It did lower my Bad Cholesterol.

And Raised my Good Cholesterol.

and am keeping it off.

Kinda got off the

diet during x-mas though.

But I am back on it.

It is great to hear that it really works!  I have been pondering doing that very same diet cause damnit, I love STEAKS!!!!  RED MEAT RULES!!!   Right Scott???  Gotta have Protein since we are carnivores not herbivores!!!  Humans have a primal need for meat done medium rare!!!!   Or less...... ha ha   LOL  

 

I also love Cheese!!!  You name the kind,, other than fromunder LMAO!!!!  What will be killer to me is that I love Bread, but whole wheat is on the list as is whole milk Vitamin D,,,,, have they figured out how to put that in beer yet???? I guess I will have to keep mixing it up like usual.... lol  I bought the book to get started!!! Your success story motivates me especially since you drink the beer I have come to LOVE!!!!!   Beer is a STAPLE in any Steeler Fan's diet!!! LOL!!!!  A beer brings Cheer even when there isnt anything to be happy about except being ALIVE!!!!   Thanks wholeheartedly for the picture of Rudi!!!!!  That was Awesome bro!!!!
