I'd go to Chili's in Rockville, Maryland. They not only have good ribs, but their fajitas are good as well. Leonard (StormMD) |

Actually for the best Ribs in town, I go over to my friends Pam and Corky. Corky has a huge smoker and he makes fabulous, fall off the bone 'slap your momma they're so good' ribs. He does a dry rub to smoke the ribs and then has you select your barbeque sauce du jour for YOUR rack right before they are done. Corky has a whole refrigerator in his laundry room filled with different barbeque sauces he has collected from all OVER the place.. LOL. He also works for cheap. If you buy the ribs and buy him some Jim Beam and diet coke or a 12 pack of Budweiser, he'd be happy to nurse those ribs all day for you. His momma also makes the worlds best potato salad and I make the best baked beans. <drooling> If I have to go out and buy ribs, there's a good little local restaurant called Smokey Bones that does a good rib. There's also a Corky's franchise (Not related to my Corky) that does pretty decent ribs. mj |

Fountain City Steakhouse in Goldfield, Ia has the best baby back ribs in IOWA no question, and NO COMPETITION!!!!! I tried hickory park in Ames, Ia their bbq sauce sucked!!!!! The meat was tough and it was like a Giant walmart in size and the quality sucked of their ribs!!!! Too large, too big, to acheive quality!!! They are into quantity and therefore they dont accept constructive criticism... If they did,,, things would be different! John Steelwolf58/55 |
