~ Vain Worship ~

Today is Monday, 1/24, 2005. I am continuing the series of messages God has been giving me on the naked condition of the church system in our land today. Much of this message is already in some of the other messages, but I feel I must address this important matter a bit more. This is just too important a subject to not cover it completely and thoroughly. So with the leadership of God, I will try to make this so clear that even the simple can understand it.

Mark 7:6 He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. 7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. 7:8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do. 7:9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

As I taught in the other messages, the word serpent means a hypocrite. Jesus is battling the serpents of his day here. Much of his battle was against the hypocrite serpents. That has always been the true problem. He said these people are pretending to love God but it is only from their lips, it is not in their heart. That is what a hypocrite is: someone pretending to be a child of God when they are just a child of Satan. Their lives are full of sin and iniquity, yet they pretend to be holier than anyone else. God despises this kind of person. Most of the preachers fit into this category.

Jesus said this kind of worship is in vain. What makes it vain? They lay aside the commandment of God, [repent, be baptized in water in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins, and be filled with the Baptism of the Holy Ghost; Acts 10], and teach for doctrine the commandments of MAN.

Now that is the theme of this message -- what are these commandments of MAN which the preachers and churches teach for doctrine? I showed above what the commandment of God is which they are laying aside for their own false doctrine.

Acts 10:44 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 10:45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. 10:46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, 10:47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? 10:48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.

Now there is given the same message to Gentiles which was delivered by Peter to the Jews. This is the one and ONLY way given in the NT for obtaining salvation. Yet what does the modern-day churches teach? Most of them teach that all one must do is just say you believe that Jesus is God’s Son, and maybe ask forgiveness for sins, and then you are assured to have eternal life, no matter what kind of life you live from then on. Is such a doctrine taught in the Word of God? Of course not. It is a doctrine of man. It is twisting the Word of God and leaving out most Scriptures pertaining to salvation. It is leaving out the one I quoted in Acts 10. It is leaving those in Acts 2, 8, 10, 19, and 22. Not one NT minister recorded in the Holy Book, taught that you can just repeat some made-up confession or prayer and this will give you eternal life. It is lies from Satan.

Full well they lay aside the true plan of salvation, chosen by God himself, and teach such trash as the above. It is doctrines of man, not God. So this kind of ‘confession�?is in vain. There is not one Scripture anywhere saying that God has laid aside the true method of salvation taught by the Apostles of Jesus and picked up some frivolous man-made prayer and confession. Some even print this silly ‘prayer�?on little ‘tracts�? on the internet, and other such places, and tell people to repeat them and maybe sign the paper and this gives them salvation. This is an abomination to the living God. It is a trick of Satan to lead unsuspecting souls down the road of destruction to hell fire.

What happened to the glorious Baptism of the Holy Ghost? When and why did God stop giving that to converts? What Scripture shows that God will not give that to us today? What Verse shows it is no longer required or valid? Just because Paul said in on place that one must believe on Jesus and confess with their mouth, DOES NOT DO AWAY WITH THE REST OF THE PLAN. Paul never at any time said that is ALL THERE IS TO RECEIVING SALVATION.

The Word is written in a mystery and it must be Spiritually discerned. That is why Satan’s children will miss it and accept this false, vain worship. They hate truth and righteousness. They love sin and will do anything to continue on in sin and still hope to have eternal life. It is deception and the broad road leading to hell and destruction.

1Cor 14:1 Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy. 14:5 I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.

14:29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge. 14:30 If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace. 14:31 For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.

Here Paul told the Church to desire spiritual gifts. He said I wish ye all spoke with tongues. He said if one prophet is speaking and God reveals something to another person, let the first one hold his peace and let the one God is dealing with speak. He said ye may ALL prophesy, one by one.

Now I personally do not know of a single church anywhere which follows this pattern. I know of no church which gives everyone the right and chance to speak and reveal what God is showing them. The churches today are run by a dictatorship. They PAY one man to do all the speaking and teaching and rule the church. This is nothing short of the mark of the beast. It is Catholicism. It matters not what they call themselves, they are following the pattern of that whore church of letting one man get paid to run things. God’s true Church was never designed this way. So it is vain worship.

These hirelings will not even allow their members to question what they teach or say. They will not allow someone to whom God may be revealing deep, glorious truths to, to even speak, for they do not want their members to learn anything different from their false man-made doctrine. This is how they continue to rule over them and have the preeminence. Is it how God said for the Church to be run? No. God said feed the flock of God, but not by constraint nor for filthy lucre. He said you are not lords over God’s heritage. Yet the pastors of today lord over the entire church and are actually receiving worship. They have set up the worship-service as a theater, so that everyone is facing this one man and letting him be the center of attention. This is worship. But it is in vain. In vain do they worship me, teaching their own doctrines. Jesus said the hypocrites desire the chief seats in the synagogues. So these pastors and evangelists always have their chief, throne chair set up on the stage, so everyone can look at them and adore, or worship them. They sit there showing themselves to be god. Everyone’s attention is on that man. They adore him and watch him perform as he runs the aisles screaming and huffing and puffing like a wolf. Is it of God? I think not.

So how do you know if they are teaching doctrines of man? If it is not written in God’s Word just exactly the way they say it, then it is false. Some say it does not have to be EXACT but only have the same meaning. This is how they change the Word and ADD their own thoughts. If it is truth, it will be written exactly as it is told. Else, where is the proof? What shall you prove all things by? If we are not to add even one word, how can it not be EXACT? If we are not to take away even one Word, how can you say it different and not change it?

And not only must it be stated EXACTLY as you say it, but there must also be another witness in the Word of the SAME thing, each revealing the other. This is how truth is proven. Only in this way are you worshipping in Spirit and in TRUTH. Any other form of worship is in VAIN. If it is in vain, your soul is headed to destruction. Is it worth it to you? What will you give in exchange for your soul? A little prestige today? A little honour, worship, money, folks following you? Is it worth it? A little sin, a little lie, a little fornication, a little theft? Is it worth it to you? Will you spend eternity in hell fire for this silly little mess a few years here in carnal life?

Very few preachers or church members study the Word to find truth. How then are you worshipping in Spirit and in truth? If you do not love the Word of God, you do not love God. When God said for us to study to show ourselves approved to God, he meant every child of God. Yet this false church today has everyone believing that only the paid preacher is responsible to study the Word. They totally depend on this one man to tell them what the Word says. It is a sure road to hell. If God said this is how to be approved to God, then how are you going to be approved when you disobey this command to study? You think you do not have to study or obey. I ask you all, where is even one word from God stating that the way to salvation or to be approved to God is to GO TO CHURCH REGULARLY? Please, you who teach and believe this lie or doctrine of MAN, please show me where the verse is which teaches this. I say you cannot do so, for it is not written in the Word. God never commanded this. It is commandments of man. It is to establish man’s dominion and set the man up on high and to be worshiped. It is vain worship.

Every preacher and church person I know says that you absolutely MUST go to church to serve God or receive salvation. Where is that written in the Word? If it is not written, it is doctrines of man and makes your worship vain. I have never read where Jesus or any Apostle ever told even one person they must go to church. It is of man, or Satan. Jesus showed that we will not have a certain place to go to worship. He said neither in Jerusalem or your mountain. So then how is it of God when you are told you MUST be in a certain church at a certain time? It is rejecting the teaching of Jesus for the doctrine of man.

1Cor 12:31 But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet show I unto you a more excellent way.

Here Paul told the church to actually COVET the best gifts. He also said to covet to prophesy. 1co 14:39 Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues.

Now where is a church whose people covet these gifts? Where is a church which practices these gifts? Most churches actually forbid these things and say they are not for us today. Where does the Word say that? Where did Paul change his mind? Or God? It is lies of man. Most churches forbid to speak with tongues and deny this precious gift. Why? It is doctrines of man, Satan.

Man commands you to go to your own church faithfully, every time they have services. They say you must NOT go to some other church service. Why? Where does the Word of God command this? I know of no place. So it is commandments of man, making your worship in VAIN. Why is this done? It is for one purpose only: to cause this certain church to have more people and money flowing there. They are in competition with other preachers. They want to ‘out-do�?the other brother. Is this the love of God? No, it cannot be. Jesus said to love your neighbor as your self. So again they lay aside the command of Jesus for their own commandment.

Jesus said where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in their midst. Why then are preachers and church member so intent on seeing just how many folks they can lure into their theater? It is a ‘pride�?thing and a money thing. It is of man. It is savoring the things which be of man. It is works of man or flesh. It will be burned up as stubble. It will lead you to hell. Is it worth it? Think about this.

I know almost no one likes my teachings. But I truthfully say this is God’s Word. This is what God gives me to teach. It crosses everything out in the church world and that is why they do not like it. But it will stand and will judge you in that day, for it is of God. It is proven in the Written Word of God. I teach nothing which I do not give Scripture for. I find not one Scripture for all these doctrines of man and church. I have asked them over and over to show me Scripture for their lies, but they never do. They cannot. It is lies of man.

Most churches say they must meet on Sunday; some others do it on Saturday. Where is even one verse where God commanded this? It is lies of man. The true Apostolic Church met together ever single day. They met DAILY. They went from HOUSE TO HOUSE breaking the Bread of Life. Where is even one Church involved in this type ministry today? I know of none.

Jesus told his Church to go out into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Where is a church doing this? They lay this COMMAND aside and tell them to come into their theater if they desire to hear anything. They actually lead people to think you cannot find salvation outside their little four walls, or some other four walls. Then if this be true, the eunuch which Phillip converted has no salvation. He was not in any church, now was he? How about the Philippian jailor? He was not in church. How about Cornelius? He was not in any church. Neither were any of these people told they must start attending some church. So where is the proof of this doctrine? It is of man.

This church system is not raising up a group of people dedicated to reaching out unto the people in the world. They feel no responsibility to go out and preach Jesus to anyone. They feel it is the pastor’s job to do the reaching souls, and that is only in their theater services. Even the preachers do not go out into the world and try to convert the sinners. They feel the sinner must come to him in his church. Is this what Jesus commanded his Church to do? No. He said you go out to them. Who obeys this? In vain do they worship.

Jesus said speak every man truth to his neighbor. Do they do this? No. The preachers lie to everyone. They teach lies. They lie in their personal life. The members do the same. They feel it matters not. So how are they obeying the commandment of Jesus? They lay aside his commandment and live their lies. It is in vain. It will cost you your soul.

Jesus said make not my Father’s house a house of merchandise. So what do the churches do? They lay this commandment aside and go out into the world SELLING stuff and begging the world to give money to them. They lay up large bank-accounts. They lay aside the commandment of Jesus to LAY not up treasure on earth. They reject this word and lay up their treasures, which they got by merchandizing. They continue the OT tithing method to rob the poor. They lay aside the NT method of no constraint. It is giving willfully; giving all that you have to God.

Jesus told the ministers, freely you have received, freely give. What do the preachers do? They lay this commandment aside and brain-wash the people into thinking they were told to freely give money to the preachers or church. It is vain worship. They have changed everything Jesus told his true Church to be and do. They have picked up man-made doctrines and commandments. They are a naked, blind, wretched church.

God blotted the day of Jesus�?birth out of existence. [Job three]. He commanded us not to try and worship his as the heathens do their gods. What does the church do? They lay this commandment aside and run fully after the heathen-method of worship = holidays = pretending to celebrate the birth of Jesus, which God forbids. It is vain worship, It is devil worship.

Jesus said for his children to lay hands on the sick and heal them. So what do the preachers and churches do? Tell them to run to the doctor and hospitals if they get sick. Jesus said cast out devils. Do they practice this? No, they lay this commandment aside also. I find not one commandment of Jesus being obeyed by this modern-day church or preachers. I know of not one single true Church today. I know of not one fulfilling what Jesus and the Book of Acts commanded . I know of none which has the gifts of the Holy Ghost at work in their church. I see some fakes, but no real thing; no real faith. Most church members tell me they know nothing about faith. Their lives prove this. It is in vain. Without FAITH it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God.

The Word of God tells us not to give flattering titles to man. Job 32:21 Let me not, I pray you, accept any man's person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man. 32:22 For I know not to give flattering titles; in so doing my maker would soon take me away.

Now this is strong stuff. It says that God will soon take one away who gives flattering titles unto man. So what do the churches do? They call every minister some kind of flattering title. Every preacher feels he must be addressed by some flattering title. Pastor so-and-so; Dr, Evangelist, Reverend, Chaplain, etc. So God is going to take them all away.

Is it worth it? They all wish to be known that they are Mr. Pastor. Oh I know the preachers do not like this stuff, but it matters not. God told me to teach it. I will obey him. God showed me years and years ago that he had called me to preach to preachers. Now I am fulfilling this calling. God has shown me what he has against these preachers and churches. They are ALL money-making organizations. The love of money is the root of all evil. They are into all evil. Full well they reject the council of God against themselves and teach lies of man.

The Holy Ghost is NOT in control or leadership in any of these churches today. That paid pastor is in full control, therefore he is your god. You are worshiping a man. It is vain worship.

Jesus said you are all brethern. Paul said you are all one. Yet this church today lifts up one man above the others, pays him to do his ‘work�?of God, [mark of beast], and flat refuse someone God might send unto them to show them some of God’s truth.

Jesus said let the little children come unto me. So what do these churches do today? They run children out of the sanctuary. They refuse to give them a chance to come to God or learn of him. It is of the devil. It is an abomination to God. It is of man.

They tell their people to just go out and invite folks to come to church. There is no teaching them to go out and preach and witness to souls to find salvation. Did Jesus command us to do such? No. He said go out and preach to everyone. His HOUSE in not that church building. Men are just concerned with building up a large number for a big name for himself. It is pride and vain worship. God is not in all their thoughts. Outside their little theater, God is not mentioned. The Word of God is not studied. They care not one thing for truth. All they are concerned with is how many can they get to come into their building and how much money can they acquire. It stinks! All of this leads people to think that when they leave ‘church�?they have finished their ‘duty�?to God and they forget Him until the next ‘get-together�? This is vain worship.

The Word of God shows that one must be baptized out in the open, in a large body of water; much water; a sea-type place. So what do these Jezebel priests of today do? They build themselves a nice, warm, indoor tub to wet the people in. Is it of God? Of course not. It is doctrines of man. It is completely contrary to everything written in the Word concerning Baptizing. It is of vain, proud man. Some of them resort to merely ‘sprinkling�?a tiny bit of water on them. Where is that in the Word? I have never read it. It is not there. It is of man.

God said he hates a set or appointed time for assembly. So what do these churches do? They establish a time pattern to meet each week. God said he hates building hewn buildings and altars. But this is their only concern. God said he even hates the sound of their songs and music, yet this is 90% of any churches stuff. In fact I have examined it and I can find absolutely nothing in these churches today which fits the Word of God. I find not one place they obey God’s commandment, but they do everything after their own commandments. They preach the fear of God after their own thoughts. They teach people they will be lost if they stop attending church meetings. Then where is the salvation of Jesus? They are making that ‘church�?your saviour. They make you fear to attend some other church or meeting if you desire. So they have you in their control and bondage, when Jesus said He set us free. It is commandments of man. It is vain worship.

Jesus said provide for the poor and widows and fatherless. What do these hirelings do? They will drive to their homes, even nursing homes, to collect tithes of these poor widows. It this of God? No, it is of Satan. They think themselves to be God, for they say you must give it to them. Jesus said feed my sheep. These men receive pay for their little speeches, yet there is no Spiritual Food in them. They are not feeding the sheep any truth. They do not study to learn the truth. When someone tries to show them truth, they reject it. They think they have a monopoly on the Word of God and the sheep cannot receive anything from God. This is a lie of the devil.

People, if you care for your souls, you had better obey the call to come out of this whore church today. It is all of them. Everyone of them are whores against God. They teach for doctrine the lies of man. They reject the commandment of God and teach you their own thoughts. Most of them I ever hear, teach not one truth from the Word. They are blind leaders of the blind. They are all headed to hell, [the ditch].

Isa 1:21 How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers. 1:22 Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed with water: 1:23 Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.

Mal 1:10 Who is there even among you that would shut the doors for nought? neither do ye kindle fire on mine altar for nought. I have no pleasure in you, saith the LORD of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand.

The princes of the harlot city [church], or in the OT, the nation of Israel, were all rebellious toward God, they were companions of thieves [those taking from God’s people], and notice-- they all loved gifts and followed after rewards. This is just as true of the preachers today as it was of the priests of the OT. They are the same. They had reached a place they had to be paid to even shut a door in the temple or to start a fire on the altar. God said he had no pleasure in them and He will not accept an offering at their hand. See their offering is the people they are supposed to bring to God. Abel brought people to God to serve God and God accepted this offering. Cain brought his own works of self-righteousness and getting people into temples to worship Adam. God rejected this offering.

They were after rewards, gifts, or money. They had to be paid for every little thing they did in the ‘service�?of the Lord. The love of money was their downfall. The love of money is the very root of all this evil. A conspiracy has gone on in the world among the preachers or priests. They have brain-washed everyone into thinking they are serving God by giving money to THEM. They have deceived people into thinking that ‘going to church�?is equivalent to serving God. They have brain-washed people into believing that every man who gets up and says some little ‘message�?must be paid some big price for the message. They have deceived the people into thinking this is how ‘they�?serve God, is to give money to any preacher.

They are all in agreement, and pound this so often into the minds of people, that they have caused it to become synonymous with serving God to give to any preacher. It has brought about a sterile, dead condition in the church. There is no true ‘seed�?of life being planted into the hearts of the people, to bring forth Christ in their lives. These ministers[?] do not love the Word, do not study the Word, do not know the Word, so they are bringing forth dead, lifeless, still-born children. There is no power of God in their churches or lives. The ‘food�?these shepherds[?] bring forth is dead and poison. It produces sick, lifeless babes who fall into the death-traps these fake ministers have set up. They do it for money. They have a ‘form�?of Godliness, but deny the power of true Godliness. God said to turn away from this sort of thing. Unless you obey and turn away from this dead church, you will lose your own soul. The conspiracy is strong. They are all in agreement. It is the same type of false spirit in the worldly system. The doctors of this world have brain-washed people into thinking they cannot make one move without first consulting a doctor. If you exercise, you are told to consult your doctor FIRST. If you want to lose weight, you are told to see your doctor FIRST. You are told you better get a check-up at least once a year. Now all who fall into this trap are doomed to be in slavery to the doctors and pay dearly with your health and money. They are all in agreement, and pound you with this fake mess, till almost everyone falls into this trap.

The food industry in our land is also into this deception of poisoning and embalming your food. It is pasteurized, homogenized, laden with all kinds of harmful stuff. It is death to eat it. It is death to eat the church's poisoned food. It is death to obey your doctor. If a part of your body is sick, they know not one thing about healing it. They want to cut it out or off, for this is big money to them. You fall into this trap because you do not let God be your physician and use the healthy herbs He provided for us. The Word of God upholds this kind of healing, but doctors make you afraid to trust it. The preachers make you afraid of the true kind of salvation. It is a spirit in this world to deceive you into hell and destruction and ill health. You fall for this trap for you have rejected the knowledge of God. You will pay with your money and life and lose your soul in the end.

You are being robbed of your health by the worldly food system and doctors with their poison medicines, and all for money. They divide the grains, sell you the bran, then the rest of the grain in another form. It is not recognized by the body and usable. They take the cream from the milk, can it and sell it to you as cream, then pasteurize the rest of the milk, thus destroying all the healthy live nutrition in the milk, and outlaw the raw milk, which is full of the healthy cream and probiotics and enzymes. They put all kinds of harmful ingredients into your food which destroys your health. But this is profitable for them. The government backs this up, for the big food giants give big money to them. It is the same in the church. The preachers pollute the Word of God and feed you poison food which destroys your spiritual health. It gives them big money. So you are paying all these people to destroy you. And all because you reject the true knowledge of God.

If the preachers and other church folks were doing as they should, worshipping in spirit and in TRUTH, they could and would pray the prayer of faith for all the sick and heal them. This is God’s way. Yet you all reject this great way. You settle for a big fancy show. Your church has a program it must go by. You have a set time to start the service and a set time to end the thing. You have a pattern you follow regardless if you admit it or not. Anything which interferes with this program is done away with. God has no place of leadership in such a mess. It is strictly run by man for man’s benefit.

The conspiracy is to keep you from ever truly worshiping God. You feel no need to study the Word, for that paid preacher tells you what to believe. He does not study the Word, for he has already been fed what to teach by the false preachers ahead of him. So he does not have to spend time studying the Word. You do not have to spend time feeding on the word. So you wrap it up together and all will end up in hell fire. And you paid big money for this trap and death. Now it is not the fact of ‘going�?to church itself which is wrong. It is the SYSTEM by which the ‘church�?is run. It is the theater-style, man-worshipping, man run and controlled system which is wrong. By this system I mean your set and appointed time to get together and to end the service. It is a formal show, regardless if it is just a plain, cold, morgue-type service at some Baptist church, Methodist, or even Catholic church, or if it is a big hoop and hollow, run, jump and shout Holiness church, they are ALL going by a man-made system. God is totally left out of the entire doings.

Now I know that because you and they ‘mention�?the Lord a few times, and even ‘read�?a verse or two, that this deceives you all into thinking it is of God and to God. But I can assure anyone who reads this, that God is left out of such a system. You do not even realize the difference, for this type of ‘get-together�?is all you have ever known. But if you just think seriously about this a while you will come to understand I am speaking truth. From the very start until it is over, your mind and eyes are on some human person, and looking to that person for an entertaining meeting. For the Baptist and such churches, they only want to be among other people, sing, and pretend they are worshipping God. They want absolutely NO emotion or outward worship. They are in total worship to their pastor, as a general rule. Then they are looking to and listening to someone sing and play music. This is their ‘worship�? Then their preacher gets all the attention as he brings them a thirty-minute sermon of some sort. Funny isn’t it that almost every church in America has a preacher who produces, systematically and regularly, a thirty-minute sermon. I have heard many a man look at the clock and say “well I see my time is about up.�?What? Who ordered this time? Who told this man he had better close at exactly thirty minutes? Where is that in the Word? I read where Paul preached all night. My, my. These present day folks would take him out and stone him again!

But if you got together and stopped this ‘formal�?mess, and all just got somewhere and prayed and prayed and prayed until they get in touch with God and then worship HIM in Spirit, you would find life again. Forget the clock. Get together when God moves on someone. It could be Monday evening; Tuesday morning; Wednesday at midnight, etc. But with God it is not a set time or place. It could be down at sister Suzie's�?house. Or over at the park, or river, or John’s home. But then God would be leading and something powerful would take place. You would begin to GROW in Christ. Then you would take the Word of God and ALL sit down together and study together. Not one man deciding what his thirty minute talk will be about, with no one else having any right to speak or question anything. It is for everyone to participate, for it is for everyone to grow in understanding and faith by. Who knows? God might just be desiring to use sister Sally today to bring forth some great revelation. Or maybe He will use brother Jack to go pray for a sick member or give out a prophecy for someone with a problem. Now when you get a group who is willing to go about worship this way, then you will have found God. Then your mind will be upon God and not some preacher or singer or musician.

Most preachers tell their members it is their DUTY to be at their OWN church whenever they have a service. They are forbidden to go somewhere else to church at those times. But what does the Word of God teach us about doing a ‘duty�?to God? The answer will shock you. Read this:

Lu 17:7 But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat? 17:8 And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink? 17:9 Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not. 17:10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

See, this says to it is UNPROFITABLE to serve by a duty. If one obeys this command of man to be at a certain ‘church�?get-together out of duty, then it is totally unprofitable Spiritually to yourself or to God. We are to serve God only out of love, devotion and in Spirit and truth. No other method of worship is ordained or accepted by God. Get out of this duty mess. We are free. Jesus set us free. If you are caged in by these self-serving preachers and churches, flee. Run. Run to the Rocks and true mountains which teach the Word of God in truth, out in the wilderness. Come out of her my people. Come out and be set FREE. Jesus has already paid the price for your freedom. Claim your freedom now. Come out!
