P.S. Larry, I found this way back.....it is so good I want to save it here..but where is the first part? I do not see it> hope to find it...am still looking for, Does your church... ********* From: isaiah (Original Message) | Sent: 7/28/2002 4:06 PM | Since the first thread has become so long I started this 2 thread. Hope no one minds. I am going to have to send this in different posts because it will not let me do it in one I would like to bring out something that I have saw in this study about the river from Jordan. This river represents the Old Testament covenant. Paul said in 2 Corinthians 12:7- And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. What I see as the Thorn in Paul’s flesh is was that Old Testament covenant. He was having a hard time crossing over the river of Jordan. Like I said the river of Jordan represents that Old Testament covenant. The children of Israel had to cross over the River of Jordan to get to the other side which represents the New Testament Way of serving God. That’s the reason that Moses could not cross over into the promised land because he was the law giver and he could not take that law over in the promised land. In other words that old man had to die out. This old man represents the first man Adam that Brother John was speaking of in message number 13. 1st Corinthians 15= 015:045=And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. 015:046= Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. 015:047= The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven. 015:048= As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. 015:049= And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. So what I am seeing from this that this first man Moses which was the law giver brought forth that which was earthly. That is the reason that he could not take this law over into the promised land (which was the New Testament and what was spiritual.) He was a shadow of the first man Adam. Now to show you second man which was spiritual and a shadow and type of Jesus Christ. Joshua was the man who was a shadow and type of Jesus Christ. He was the man that would lead God’s people to the promised land (New Testament). He was the one that would lead them over the river of Jordan. He was the one that God said to lead his people over Into the promised land. He was the one there had to bring forth to the new way of serving God. The same as Jesus Christ.

From: isaiah | Sent: 7/28/2002 4:28 PM | I have said this before and I believe I am seeing more of this and I am not asking anyone here on this board to agree with this. I am not teaching this but I believe that I am right on this matter. That the servant Moses that died on Mount Mariah was not Moses himself but the law that Moses brought forth. Deu-34:5-6 - 5 So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD. 6 And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day. So what I am saying is that servant of the Lord that old man which is natural represents the Old Testament law and it has to die out before Joshua could introduce the new man which was spiritual. 2Co 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. ( so we see that the servant of Moses which was the law covenants that had to pass away where the new covenant could be ushered by Joshua. We can see a shadow and type of this in the New Testament with John and Jesus. John said I must decrease while he Increases. That is the reason that John had to have his head cut off because he was a shadow and type of the Moses Law. The old creature (Old Testament covenant) had to die before the new creature (New Testament covenant) could become new. Deu. 34:6 -And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day I believe here that the Valley that was spoken of here is the same one that Ezekiel saw in Eze.-37== 1 The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, 2 And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry. ( see the valley here that I was speaking about in Deut. 3 And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. 4 Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD. 5 Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live: 6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD. 7 So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. 8 And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them. 9 Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. 10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army. 11 Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. 12 Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. ( we see a shadow and type on the grave being opened in Mt 27:52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, ( many hear is representing that great army that he was speaking about in verse 10) 13 And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves, 14 And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.
What I see from this is that these were the Old Testament people that was under that Old Testament law (that was buried at MT. Moriah). This is a shadow to and type of Jesus when he breathed on the apostles. He breathed life into them. In the New Testament is where he put his spirit in them. vs.-11- was talking about parts that they were cut off from their parts. In other words they were cut off from that Old Testament way of serving God. They no longer have to enter in by the way of the priest, prophet, or any of those things that you had to do by that Old Testament covenant. OK, let’s go to Luke 10:27- And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself What I am seeing from this is that the half tribe on the ones that are trying to serve God half hearted and they are not serving God with all the heart and mind, they are double minded as James said. What they are trying to do is serve God under the law and also by Grace and you can not do that. Grace and law are like iron and clay they will not mix. What they are trying to do is serve God with their own strength and not God’s strength. 2Co 12:9 <DIR> And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. </DIR> This is what I see as half tribe. May the Lord to Bless

From: joie | Sent: 7/28/2002 10:24 PM | Isaiah, this is a marvelous message. Glory! I read once that the young man, Joshua stayed in the tabernacle in the presence of God; but Moses only came in and then went back out. Joshua staying there all the time represented that once the New Covenant was in, we would have the presence with us at all times, in the Holy Ghost. I saw this as I read you message: when Eze. prophesied to the dry bones, the WIND came and blew on them and they LIVED. This was the day of Pentecost; that sound which came from Heaven as a rushing, mighty WIND. That is when the dead, dry bones nation of Israel came ALIVE, A MIGHT ARMY WHICH TURNED THE WORLD UPSIDE DOWN. Wonderful revelation. You know -- I see this fall of the Old Covenant every where I read; this is the most important theme in the word of God. For unless one turns away from that old way and walk in NEWNESS of LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS, they will not be partaker in the first resurrection. Joie
