Me:  Dovey does not know what she believes.  In one post, she said that Jesus could have been an angel.  When I mentioned this, she denied having said it and asked where she said it.  she said it is not what she believes at all.<Freeborn>

For someone who accuses me of twisting your words, you sure do a very good job of it. I never said Jesus was an Angel. I'm glad you reposted it too..so that people can see I didn't say such a thing. I believe Jesus is the Son of God....He is God.  I believe God is a Family.  God the Father and God the Son.  A family relationship there.  I don't believe God's Holy Spirit is a 3rd person.  I'm not Trinitarian or Oneness.

You even said both of those beliefs are false.  Jesus and the Father are one because they are a Family.  Just like our families are ONE family..with many members.  The Household of God is a family. 

Don't you think that is the reason He created us to be families???  Don't you see the analogies used in Scripture about Jesus being the head of His church just like a human man is the head of His wife & family..etc?  What about believers becoming the "sons of God"??? What about when Jesus says...."you are my brother, sister, mother"????

Matthew 12:48 But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?

Matthew 12:50 "For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

Family terms. I think all this confusion with "who God is" would be resolved if we just took what God says in Scripture instead of inventing our own ideas.
