"Son of God"....."God's Son"....part of God's Family....
You keep saying not to listen to teachings of men. Have you ever been to a church that teaches God is a Family?
In the Bible the word for God in the Hebrew that is most often used is Elohim. It is a plural noun. Even though the term "God the Son" is not in Scripture the fact still remains....that Jesus is the Son of Elohim which makes Him Elohim. Elohim is Hebrew for God.
No,I'm not saying Jesus is the Father either. The relationship between Jesus and God is that of Son to Father. When Jesus taught His disciples to pray, they were to address God, not by His name, but by their relationship to Him: "Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed by thy name." God is a Family.
Our relationship with God is of a son and Father. "Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is" (I John 3:2).
