Isaiah 65:17

"For,behold,I create new heavens and a new earth, and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind".

Is this the same new heaven and earth of which is spoken in Revelation 21:1 "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth..."?

Look, in Isaiah 65 ;20 "There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old,but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed".

Doesn't this verse in Isaiah and also the other verses of chapter 65 to verse 25 refer to the millenium?

Ok, Freeborn you explained already that with Jesus death, this was the new heaven and earth.

But the new heaven and earth of which is spoken in Revelation 21 , where there is no longer sin and death, has not yet come to pass.

In the millenium there is still sin and death, right?

I'm sure that you or Isaiah (or someone else) can explain this.

eelya

Eelya,

This is really amazing to me. For God was dealing with me about writting a message on this very subject just two days ago.

but since I have had such full work days this week, I have not had time to get into it.

My daughter and I have been working with the same two patients for a while. Since she has been sick this week, I have had to do mine and her shifts.

Tomorrow I will do a double shift again.

SO I do not have time right now to do justice to this subject.

But I will explain this to you, so you can be studying on this.

There are THREE heavens and earths. THREE.

The third heaven is the one which will be the ultimate perfection. In that third heaven and earth, (heaven being the spirit, and earth the body) we will be in the glorified state.

Not everyone will reach this perfection, for they have not sanctified their lives to God here.

Very few entered into the second heaven and earth, which began for us on the Day of Pentecost.

The second heaven and earth is the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, in which we have been made a new creation in Christ. Without the actual experience which the Apostles had and taught, people are still in the first heaven and earth, which actually passed away.

But they drug back up that dead old head and still worship it. Maybe Isaiah or Axes will have time to explain some more of this before I get into it more.

There is a realm of the spirit here, now, which some of us entered into, by being baptized into the body of Christ. ... I mean for REAL,,,,, not just words.

We must put on Christ by the Baptism of the holy Ghost and water baptism in His name for the remission of sins.

See, how many fight this true way of salvation? They refused to enter into his rest.

Just as that group under Moses rebelled and refused to enter in.

Those who refuse, when the first resurrection occurs, will NOT put on the glorified body.

They will NOT enter into the third heaven or earth.
They will be ruled over with the rod of iron, law.

These will still be natural, carnal folks. They will still sin and be punished and will die at the hundred year mark. This is the amount of time alloted to them to repent in and come under subjection to Jesus and Us, his ruling bride.

Death will still be here then. But after that period of taking over the kingdoms of this world, and bringing everyone into subjection to Christ, is finished, all who stayed rebellious, will then be thrown into the lake of fire, then the last heaven and earth, of perfection will begin.

Some of us will have entered into it ahead of the others. Those who have made themselves ready during this time period alloted to the churches, will enter into that third heaven and earth at the resurrection.

Well, seems like I could not stop. I have just about done a whole message here.

Hope this gives you something to study on, until I can write a full message on this.

and thanks for bringing up this great subject. I was just speaking with Isaiah on the phone and telling him how God had moved on me to teach this. Then you started it.

I say It is the move of God.

Love ye,
gotta go now and prepare for bed and a long work day tomorrow.

Jo

Whew!!!!! msn is still giving me fits.Hope this makes it to the board,

Very few entered into the second heaven and earth, which began for us on the Day of Pentecost.(joie)

This is the new heaven that John saw, the baptism of the Holy Ghost. John saw it descending from heaven like a DOVE. This is the 2nd heaven. (Grace.) We have not entered to the 3rd. The 3rd heaven is when we enter into the Sabbath day rest, in other words we put on ur glorified body.....

Isa 65:25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not HURT nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.

Some of us has already entered in the 2nd heaven and rest. Now how did we do this? Let's see what my buddy Isaiah says about entering in to this rest.

Isa 28:11 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.

Isa 28; 11 To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. Without the stammering lips and another tongue, you can not enter in to this rest.

We must labor to get in the 3rd heaven...

Heb 4:8 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.
Heb 4:9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
Heb 4:10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
Heb 4:11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

See it speaks of another rest that we are to labour to enter in. Once we enter into that rest, which is the rest that Jesus entered into. The glorified body ( 3rd heaven), there will be no more sickness, crying, no more death. Praise the Lord. No more falling away. Thank you Jesus. Let me enter into that 3rd heaven. I hope this makes it to the board.

This is a marvelous subject. Thank you, Isaiah, and Eric, for your good posts.

I think the term 'millenium' is misleading. For that word is not a Scriptural term. God told me once to only use Scriptural terms.

See, the word 'thousand' does not mean a certain number or a numeral, in Scripture. The word 'thousand' did not have a numerical meaning in its beginning.

So the thousand years is not a certain amount of time. Thousand, in its original meaning, was a teaching family. (check Strongs meanings)

So, this teaching family is what fulfills the Scripture in Isa. which says the knowledge of the Lord will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea. but this will take time. It does not happen instantly.

It is during this time, after the resurrection, when the ones who entered into the second heaven/earth, will have entered into the third heaven/earth, will be ruling this earth and bringing it under subjection to Christ.

The other people will still be in the first heaven and earth. But they will then be given a chance to enter into the second heaven/earth.

If they still refuse this, they will be then thrust into the lake of fire.

I want to get into this fully and show it but just am not having time right now.

maybe you all can study into this and help bring it all out.

hope so.

love ye,
Jo

Sorry Freeborn,

it took me a while to tank you for these studies.
Like you said "it's the move of God".
When i went to my little home church, it happened all the time like this.I had something in mind and when I arrived at the church(there were only a few) and started a subject they answered me:" that was exactly what we were going to talk about today."

It was led by the Spirit.

Freeborn, I don't see these "thousand years" as a certain amount of time either.

Yes Joie, the second heaven and earth began with Pentecost.
great study Isaiah, we are already in this Second Heaven.

Erci, thanks for your post too!!

Joie, about the word "millenium".In Holland they use a rather funny word: " a chilliast".It means the same of course, but asking a fellow christian are you a chilliast or not, how can you know this?

We live in the present, not in the future.

Rollingstone, the first heaven and first earth which passed away,I think that this refers to the time beofre the fall.

Several christians see the first heaven as follows: the sky.

But this cannot be.The sky we see belongs to the visible world.

When God created the heavens and the earth, this means the invisible world and the visisble world.

Heb 8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to VANISH away.

So that Old Testament, law covenant, was the one that was passed away

Vanish meaning******** 1 a : to pass quickly from sight : DISAPPEAR b : to pass completely from existence

So it has disappered and no longer in existence.

The Book of Lamentations, clearly reveals that everything concerning the OT way of worship, was an abomination to God, and he did away with it.

Isaiah gave the clearest proof of this I have ever seen. that which waxeth old and decayeth was clearly speaking of the Old law covenant. It was done away with.
11Cor. 3.

So the law covenant, or the tree of death, was the first heaven and earth. It was the OT. It was also before the flood. It all passed away.

There are only two. Old & New.
So the first passed away, It was the OLD. that which waxeth OLD.

The new covenant, in the blood of Jesus is that which will never pass away. It is the new heaven and earth. Of course, we know there are two phases of this. Grace is the second heaven and earth, or the first phase of this new.

Glorification will be the final stage of this new heaven and earth. It is the THIRD. It is perfection, both outward and inward.

It is worth anything and everything we must go through to be there!!!

Love
