A woman is breaking up with someone and has a son. She rode by and saw it and wants it, even though she hasn't seen the inside.

She wants it by the end of December.

She doesn't have all the money, but I am going to work with her and give her til the first of February when she gets her income tax refund. In the meantime she has agreed to transfer the insurance policy in her name and pay rent until she gets the money. I also told her it is as is and I will not be responsible for anything that breaks down in between now and me getting the money.

I told her she has to sign something saying if she defaults on paying me, I can sell it to someone else.

 

I had to go to the Huddle House tonite and tell Rae Jean she needs to move 30 days from tomorrow. That gives me time to go check out the place after she leaves.

I told Rae Jean that I am not charging her anything else, just make sure she leaves the place clean and no damages or the woman will take a warrant out on her. I told her as of tomorrow it will belong to that woman ( one little white lie) to insure she won't screw me over and do any vandalism.
