Banana Raspberry Yogurt
This yogurt is also wonderful sprinkled with nuts and raisins. |
Prep Time: 15 minutes, Serves 2
1 1/2 firm, ripe organic bananas
8 ounces plain yogurt
1 cup Organic Raspberries
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Granola
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. packed dark brown sugar
Slice and mash bananas into large chunks. Mix together bananas, yogurt, 2/3 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup granola, sour cream and brown sugar in a medium-sized bowl until mixed well.
Divide yogurt between two bowls. Sprinkle with remaining two Tbsp. granola and garnish with remaining 1/3 cup raspberries. Serve and enjoy!
