LUNCH | 1 Slice of pizza. This can be frozen, fresh, thin crust, thick crust, and labeled anything from black olive to supreme. Don't exceed 400 calories if you are eating frozen pizza. 1 medium-sized bowl of salad using 2 cups of lettuce as a base PLUS 1 cup any of the following ingredients for a total of THREE CUPS: mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, squash or any type of sprouts. Serve with 1 Tablespoon of your favorite salad dressing - either mixed into the salad, or on the side. Enjoy a no calorie beverage with your lunch. |
