BLT 4 slices of microwaved bacon (can be pan-fried, but BLT is much tastier when bacon is nuked) 2 slices of bread lettuce & sliced tomatoes 1 Tablespoon of LIGHT Mayo (if you splurge and use regular Mayo, then pinch off more of your morning bagel) Cook bacon in microwave, using a paper towel to absorb the unwanted grease. Toast bread in toaster. Spread bread with Mayo, add bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. 1 SMALL bag of pretzels OR potato chips (BAKED LAYS will save you a few calories) (try to keep your intake at 140 calories or less) Enjoy with a no calorie beverage. |
