2 - 3 lb. Turkey breast
 1 cup lemon juice
 6 cloves garlic, minced
 ¼ tsp dried parsley
 1/4 tsp. oregano
 ¼ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 1 cup white wine
 Place the turkey breast in the crock-pot. 
 In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. 
 Pour sauce over turkey. 
 Cover, cook on low 8 - 10 hours, or high for 4 or 5 hours.
