Merry Meet!
 
I'm on borrowed computer (will have it today only). I will do my best to visit when I can but with no computer, it's been very dificult. If I have to called Lady M, to give her my numbers, I will! LOL But you can count me in!!  I'm currently 189/191 (the wt varies between these wts every day so I am not sure of my true weight).
 
I have missed all you of you much and I 'd like to welcome all of the new members of this great group...I look forward to getting to know you after I get a new computer!

I'm doing good with exercise but not so well with keeping out of the kitchen.  I'm trying to eat fruit or protein instead of carbs when I want a snack.  I'm getting ready to start alternating my walking program with a "fat blasting pilates" dvd to work on muscle. How are you all doing?

Lady M, my daughter May and I worked all week to get ready for the Seminar we had yesterday, it was ALOT of physical work amd not much time to munch, so between the 3 of us we lost 6 pounds!!!!
