After my first child I got up super early to catch Denise Austin on Lifetime, I did Tae Bo, I also had a mini trampoline and a Total Gym. After my second one (and 2nd c-section) I started doing Pilates and walking, but at the time lived in a tiny apartment so it wasn't until almost a year later that I moved and was able to dust off the mini trampoline, Total Gym and video's and start doing those again. I followed a healthy diet (breastfed with both of them for 1-3 months), drank a lot of water, ate a lot of fruit and vegetables, lean protein, limited my carbs and how my x's I ate out. |
