Starting today I'm going to start walking again. My house is still a mess and I can't get to any of my exercise equipment still. I still have zero energy and I think I just need some exercise to boost those good feeling bubbles and get myself going. School starts next week and the kids and I both need to start getting into a schedule again.
So for my goals Lady I am putting forth that I walk at least 20 minutes a day for two weeks and work on losing 5 pounds which will put me at 162 pounds.
