Pear and date breakfast shakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 large pear
  • 10 dates
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp of fruit juice
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend them on a high speed for 1-2 minutes.

Serves: 1-2 persons

could you make sure you figure up the calories and add them to your recipe as a per serving amount.  This is necessary for all recipes as per the rules of the contest
any recipe that does not have them will have to be disqualified...but you can figure them up and add them to the ones you have presented to make htem qualify.  thanks for understanding.
