Everything I learn is always hard to share when some do not even care to hear or understand about herbs. I'm at the moment learning about Balanced Diets and the Key to Health. So much. I have alot of weight I want to lose. Though my husband doesn't think I need to lose anything. He loves me the way I am as he says. I'm depressed about my weight, an I feel that I will feel alot better with less weight. Would love to lose 50-75lbs but I'll take what I get. I love sharing info and everything I learn is free knowledge to anyone that wishes to know. If everyone wanted to know anything I would love sharing anything I know.
My heart is wishing to heal and my mind. I look forward to walking with my mother an sis an anyone near that wishes to come along too. Sara Ann is keeping me so busy I'll enjoy going out an walking..
In my second lesson they say... Health is the balance of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. You must heal all the levels inorder to be cosidered truly "holistic". I believe this. You must heal the whole inorder to heal yourself or a person.
One must determine the right Diet for oneself should learn certain Keys:
1. Constitution
2. Body Type
3. Metabolic Power
4. Ancestory and Genetic Heritage
5. Blood Type
6. Environment/Climate
7. Inherited influences: example: Diabetes, asthma, arthritis or alcoholism in the family.
I'll share more later on this subject. These 7 key points to help determin ones Diets.
Most everyone has problems with diets, should learn what works best for ones self.
