I thought of a realistic (I think it is) goal for me this summer. Am going to walk with the dog three nights a week and exercise the other three and have one day of rest. I think that's perfectly acceptable as we don't want to over strain outselves too terribly much. Just thought I'd share that. LoL.
Oh an one more I just thought of...
Instead of following the scale at first, am gonna measure with how good I feel (of course I'll do my weigh in) I just want to feel good as well. they say that's part of the diet and working out is to feel good and when you know it your body knows it.
My lil wheels in my brain are turning.
