Hi Again Chambers,
I know I wrote here this morning but I am not finding the post so I guess I will recap.
I woke up this morning to sunshine...I was so happy. I went for a walk and just drank in the morning rays even though it was cool out..it was invigorating. While I walked into the field, I decided I better go break up the ice from the corral trough as well as the chicken's water. I decided it was a good day to carry some water to these water stations for the animals. so that took up some time. It felt so good to be outside,
I came inside and warmed up but felt I could still do a little more outside as the temerature was rising into the 40's (which is WARM this time of year.) All the snow has melted and the wood needed moved closer to the house. So I doned my gloves and dressed in a layered warmth and got the wheel barrel from the carport. It took only about 45 minutes to move the wood and get it stacked. It was nearly a cord unstacked that Ted cut before he left. So I will have plenty to get through the rest of December. By then, if necessary, I can call Stacey to come out with the chain saw and cut up some more. The forecast calls for more snow by the end of the week. I am ready for it now and feel good that I was able to get that chore done on a nice day like today.
I did a little more sorting this afternoon so a few more boxes have been eliminated from the stacks taken out ofthe library. I can see things startingto shape up. I am so glad I can see light at the end of the tunnel...
All in all, it has been a good day. Now I will go take a hot relaxing bath and call it a night.
Good Night Chambers.
