I have had a busy day today . One thing about being busy, it keeps my mind off what to make for meals...lol.
I straightened up the house and swept the carpets . The vacume belt broke so I have to find a place that sells them . I think there is a vacume repair in WW to get it so I will check next trip to town. (note to self...put belt on the grocery list)
My son, Stacey, brought out his couch and gave it to me today (they have a new living room set coming on Tuesday) It is nice...but not really what I would have picked for my own comfort..but.,.HEY!! it was Free!!! and is in very good shape..It is Grey with hints of blue and he throw in a Blue recliner so I guess I am up for a change in living room colors come spring. For now..it will just have to clash a bit...lol. The main thing is that it is comfortable and feels new to me

I plan to put the old couch in the carport this spring when I get it fixed up as an outdoor space for entertaining. I think it will go well out there.
I got Ted's unemployment called in and that is finally going so maybe by Wednesday there will be a check for groceries and some of the rent that is a month past due. Seems it is always something,,,but as long as something is coming in, I will not worry too much.
I start a temporary job on Wednesday for a short while. I hope I can make enough to pay for the gas it will cost to go back and forth. (As I said...always something...)
I am looking forward to weighing in on Tuesday..I hope to have dropped a few pounds ....but I am staying off the scales until then...lol.
I hope everyone will come to the Tea. Qyzida suggested that we start dressing up for our teas...I am going to further that idea in chat to see if everyone would like to do it..I love the idea and it gives us a chance to sport something other than jammies...lol. I am going to look into getting a video on the chat room this spring if everyone can afford to get one of those little cameras for the compters...I think they are called webcams...I think that would be a fun experiment. Again, that is just another thought..sometimes if I place them in writing, they somehow take on a more solid feel.
I hope everyone in Chambers is getting excited about the challange, I know I am and it is really helping me stay focused on the new year decision to lose this and get to my goal this year...I WILL do it..I WILL!!
