I know it has been a while since I have done any writing here but I can say I have been here every day.
Things are going ok. The weight scale is starting to move downwards once more and I am so relieved. I need to really speed up the loss, though, if I am going to have any significant change before the Retreat in July!
Swim suit weather is coming fast and I need to start doing a bit more exercise.
I got the Valentines Swap all mailed out today. I am sure glad to have that done. Also, the Afagan is coming along very well and I am adding the last rows that will catch it up, fully and ready for everyone to report in for the next rows. I have been so happy with this little bit of magick that keeps me out of the kitchen in the evenings...and what is especially neat is that it keeps me warm as I work on it. I feel each person giving me a warm and loving hug as I weave in the magick sent outto them...they caress me through the colors all draped across my lap as I relax and that is so special. I know I am going to use this afagan for a lot of things, including Yoga out on the lawn. It is perfect!!
