 You are such a special person and I am so proud of you for being so determined with curbing your appitite, just remember that every scheduled meal is so important.  It is the between meal snacks that hurt us most.  I have found that even if I am not hungury when that meal is supposed to be...even breakfast...that I find some lo-cal thing...for breakfast, it can be something as as small as a hard-boiled egg...anything that is solid...that keeps us on track during those "auto snack " times when we should NOT eat.
  
 So be careful when you skip a meal.  lol (Do not worry...I have done it too 
)   
 It sounds like you are doing so great though...so I will stop the Mommy lecture...lol.
