Good morning chamber, Well I have been good one cup of coffee with less sugar and a yougart. So far so good. It is nice out today the sun is shining and there is warmth in the air almost like a new spring day. So I am going to go and walk the dog so we both can get exercise and I might work in the yard today to get it ready for winter. So all in all it will be a very relaxing and healthy day. Still trying to figure out how to crave the candy feeling but so far I just go do something else until I forget that I want it. Have a good day. Mystikal Summer Starr |
