Good evening chambers. Today is my sons 11 birthday. We had a same party and it was nice. I have found a new way to exercise if my back hurts and that is in the shower with the hot water on. It does work for me. Today I put on some music and danced around at first my back hurt but it stoped. I did not stop dancing just because it hurt. So I got a lot of exercise to day. I also think I have found myself control. I was able to stop at just one small piece of birthday cake. I am feeling real good about myself and it gets stronger every day. I am a goddess and I am knowing it. |
