I know this is beyond the banana in frustration for you. If you are truly keeping track of everything that goes in your mouth and it's only what's good for you and in proper amounts, and excersizing you SHOULD be losing weight, that is just simple laws of physics.
And when the opposite is happening we need to take a closer look.
There HAS to be something that is causing the weight gain.
I know you've had tests on your thyroid...could you be pregnant?
Perhaps you should try seeing a different physician, one specializing in women's health.
Do you keep a food journal? I know they are a major pain in the boohynie, but it DOES give you an objective look at your food consumption if you make entries faithfully.
