The Healing Program
The healing program itself need only be read once. After you’ve read it to yourself, you’ll never need to refer to it again. You do need to remember your cue word.
For the purpose of keeping these instructions short, I suggest you use the cue word “Yes�?to get familiar with the process. Whatever word you choose, please avoid words that tend to have strong emotional charge like “money�?or “sex�? Now that you have chosen a cue word or phrase, read the instructions below, aloud if possible:
- I hereby set a powerful intention within you my subconscious mind, to effect the best of all possible outcomes by this clearing, and that each time I notice a pattern or patterns I wish to eliminate, as I say or think my cue word, you will eliminate all such patterns and components of patterns completely and safely. And, each time I repeat my cue word in sequence, you will access deeper and deeper layers and all parts and all aspects of my being.
The ZPoint Process
The process itself is simple. You focus on an area where you are having difficulty and say the following three statements to yourself, or have someone read them to you. At the end of each statement, repeat your cue word for 10 to 15 seconds just as if you are saying a mantra. Yes...Yes...Yes...Yes...Yes...Yes...Yes.
- I clear all the ways I feel (depressed, angry, resentful, jealous etc.) <REPEAT cue>
- I clear all the patterns connected to all of those ways. <REPEAT cue>
- I clear all the emotions* connected to all of those patterns. <REPEAT cue>
*All emotions include but are not limited to any anger judgment, criticism, blame, shame, guilt, resentment, fear and unforgiveness toward self, others and if appropriate, God. (this too need only be read once and will be remembered by your subconscious mind).
You can link “Ways�?statements together and say statements 2 and 3 at the end:
- I clear all the ways I am angry. <REPEAT cue>
- I clear all the ways I am sad. <REPEAT cue>
- I clear all the ways I become angry when I look at you. <CUE>
You can link as many of these “ways�?statements together as you wish. Then, you can finish up with:
- I clear all the patterns connected to all of those ways. <CUE>
- I clear all the emotions connected to all of those patterns. <CUE>

- I clear all the ways I feel any anger connected with eating. <CUE>
- I clear all the ways I judge myself about eating. <CUE>
- I clear all the ways I am critical of myself about my eating habits. <CUE>
- I clear all the ways I blame myself for my eating habits. <CUE>
- I clear all the ways I feel shame in connection with my eating habits. <CUE>
- I clear all the ways I feel guilty about how I eat. <CUE>
- I clear all the ways I resent the fact that I can't lose weight. <CUE>
- I clear all the ways I fear not being able to lose weight. <CUE>
- I clear all the ways I can't forgive myself for being overweight. <CUE>
- I clear all the ways I eat when I am not hungry, because .. <CUE>
- I clear all the ways I eat when I am feeling strong emotions, because ..<CUE>
- I clear all the ways I eat when I shouldn’t, because .. <CUE>
- I clear all the ways I fight with food, because .. <CUE>
- I clear all the ways I struggle with my body image, when ... <CUE>
- I clear all the patterns connected to all of those ways. <CUE>
- I clear all the emotions connected to all of those patterns. <CUE>
