We DO offer information to help you pick and choose what will work for YOU so YOU can tailor make new eating habits that are beneficial and life long.

Dieting is NOT taking diet pills
Dieting IS fueling your body with the nutrients it requires to maintain a correct body weight and excersizing to tone and strengthen your body.
We DO advocate moderation in consumption of all things, taking vitamins and minerals, excersizing, keeping in touch with your physician, conscientiousness in sharing successes, compation and understanding for ourselves and others who are having rough days and feeling free to talk about the rough days you are having.
It took us a long time to get overweight and unhealthy and it will take time to get to where we want to be, but together we can make it!
