Some believe that it actually reads as four of the unclean
two of each of the unclean- two males and their females.
I believe Jeremiah is referring to all the saints singing. Lions,
lambs and snakes will be on the earth, will they sing, too. It is within the realm of possibility, but I doubt it. Do you have any other evidence that angels sing, other than possible inference.
In Revelation, I believe it was the Saints that had victory over the beast and is mark. They had reason to sing of which the angels had no experience.
