Job is written poetically.
The writer is personifying natural creation.

3556....kowkab...probably from the same root as 3522.(.In the sense of rolling) or 3554 (in the sense of blazing) a star (as round or shining.)

7442....ranan...to creak......to shout.....aloud for joy, cry out,to be joyful, shout out....sing....triumph..

If you follow a reverse logic, that he must be referring to angels
since stars don't sing, then, if you are consistant, it must follow that :
-he can't be talking about the sea because it didn't come from a womb in verse 8
-he can't be referring to real clouds, because they aren't
wrapped in swaddlings.in verse 9.

Or you could read it as it is written, with poetic beauty giving
life-like qualities to inanimate objects. (Stars do give off sound by the way just as seas "roar")

Good night. God bless.
