This should generally work on any windows based machine.

 

 

Go to start>>settings>>control panel>>MOUSE

 

On the buttons tab, you can change your right and left click and the speed of the mouse. You can also change from double click to single click. On the Pointers tab, you can change your pointer icon, etc.
