BECAUSE......SO THEN.....

Because we are man, we are all sinners. That's a fact. Sinners are separated from God. He has no part in sin. Sinners are going to hell when they die. That's a fact, too. I don't want to go to hell when I die. Do you ? Of course not. So then, what are you and I going to do about it ? We can't save ourselves, but, God has a plan. The only way we can be saved from going to hell, because of our sins, is by following God's plan. It starts out like this.

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world ; but that the world through Him might be saved."

John 3: 16-17

There you have it. That's God's plan. God loves you and me so very much that He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ our only Lord and Saviour, to this earth to take my sins and your sins upon Himself and die for us, so that we wouldn't have to go to hell. Sounds too good to be true, doesn't it ? I guarantee you, IT IS TRUE.

Jesus said : .."I AM the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE : no man cometh unto the Father, BUT BY ME." John 14: 6

So then......because this is true, here's what the Scriptures say you and I must do about it.

ROMANS 3: 10

"As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one :"

ROMANS 3: 23

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God ;"

ROMANS 5: 8

"But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

ROMANS 5: 12

"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin ; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned ;"

ROMANS 6: 23

"For the wages of sin is death ; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

ROMANS 10: 9-10

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness ; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

ROMANS 10: 13

"For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved."

You and I must accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savoiur. Jesus Christ is the ONLY ONE WHO CAN SAVE US.
