Putting-on-the-Ritz Pineapple
 INGREDIENTS:
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
3 Tablespoons melted butter
4 ounces white sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 (16-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
TO PREPARE:
Combine the crackers and butter in a bowl, tossing to mix.
  Spread on a baking sheet.
Toast at 325 degrees until golden brown.
Combine the cheese, sugar and flour in a bowl and mix well.
  Stir in the crushed pineapple and pineapple chunks.
  Spoon into a baking dish.  Sprinkle with the cracker
  mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 
HINT:  Serve with a roast or ham.
