Brown sausage & drain.
Combine the sugar & cornstarch in a saucepan.
<FONTSIZE=4>Add pineapple juice & soy sauce.
Stir until blended.
Cook until thickened.
Add vinegar, pineapple, green pepper & sausage.
Keep warm in a slow cooker.
This can easily be doubled, tripled or more --depending on the crowd you are expecting to serve.
