Overnight Spareribs
1 c. brown sugar 1 c. bourbon 1 c. vinegar 1 c. soy sauce 4 lb. thin ribs
Cut ribs in small pieces. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over ribs, stirring to make sure each piece of meat is coated. Cover and leave in refrigerator overnight. Next day, place ribs in electric skillet and simmer for 1 hr. or so at 260F. Peek once in a while to make sure liquid is still there. Cook covered. These are fantastic!
