Baked Steak And Gravy
A delicious and easy steak and gravy dish.
Ingredients
6 to 8 pieces of cubed steak
1 small can of beef broth
1 can of evaporated milk
1 large can of cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 small can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
paprika to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil
Directions
Brown steaks on each side in small amount of oil, place in a 13x9x2 inch pan. Mix together soups, broth, milk, seasonings and pour over steaks coating well. Cover with foil. Place in a 375 degree preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes. The meat will be wonderfully tender. This recipe takes approximately 10 minutes to prepare and 45 minutes to cook. It makes 6 to 8 servings depending on number of steak pieces used.
