This is my favorite hot chocolate recipe ..... ever!
It makes a LOT......you could put some in some cute jars,
tie a pretty ribbon around it, and
give it as a gift.......
25 oz pkg powdered milk
16 oz jar powdered non-dairy creamer
16 oz jar hot chocolate mix
13 oz jar malted milk powder
1 c splenda
3 t vanilla powder
Use a wire whisk to combine all ingredients. Mix as you go and use a LARGE
canning pot to mix.....you will need the extra room to mix all the ingredients.
Equally divide mix into whatever containers you choose.....
attach instructions, and make someone happy. (remember to keep some for yourself!)
makes about 13 cups
use within 6 months
Instructions for tag:
Place 3 TBLS mix into a mug. Add one cup boiling water;
stir well. Makes one serving. Can top with marshmallows, if desired.
(I've made this with Amaretto Creamer, Hazelnut Creamer, and Vanilla Caramel Creamer.)
My favorite was with the Vanilla Caramel Creamer.
