Peach and Cottage Cheese Toast
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese 4 slices bread, toasted 1 peach, pitted and cut into 8 wedges 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp cinnamon
Spread the cottage cheese on the slices of toast. Place 2 wedges of peach on each and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Place under a preheated broiler until the topping bubbles, 1 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
