Scrambled Egg Muffins
1/2 lb bulk sausage
12 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a skillet, brown sausage. Drain.
In a bowl beat eggs. Add onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, garlic powder to eggs & blend well. Stir in sausage.
Spoon by the 1/3 cupfuls into greased muffin cups.
Bake at 350~f for 20-30 minutes, or till knife/toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
Makes 12 servings.
