EASY CAJUN CATFISH
4 tablespoons butter 2 teaspoons paprika 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 3/4 pounds catfish fillets
Heat broiler.
Melt butter and combine with paprika, spices, salt and pepper.
Coat fillets with butter mixture.
Broil until opaque throughout, about 5 minutes per side.
