Chicken Biscuit Casserole
Ingredients
4 chicken breast cut in to small pieces
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 onion diced
6 frozen biscuits( need to let thaw)
1/2 bag of cubed hashbrowns (thawed)
1 lg can of cream of chicken soup
8oz. sour cream
1 small bag shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup milk
Directions
Put onion, butter, and chicken in sauté pan. Cook until chicken is done and onions are soft. Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, thawed hash browns, and milk in a bowl. When chicken is done add to mixture and pure in casserole dish then add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese to taste, and then stick biscuits on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
