1 package of chicken brests or tenders cut and diced in pieces
1 can of cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1 half package of mozzarella cheese
Veggies your choice I prefer broccoli , or summer squash
1 package of stove top stuff mix
1 canof milk
This is a few step recipe so hope your good at multi tasking.I heat chicken in a skillet, to lighten whiten chicken just a few minutes here, at same time I precut and steam my veggies in a microwave container , while I am preparing to cook the stuffing.Once all three are done easy to put together. I use lasagna pan pour in quick cooked chicken , toss in cream of mushroom soup add one can of milk, add steamed veggies, and cheese and I stir this all together in a pan. I top it off with the stuffing which u can mix into the casserole some.I bake 20 to 30 mins at 350 degrees . the short time is due to everything mostly being cooked. My advise is make sure u dont over cook chicken in the first step or it may become dry. I have also cooked this recipe with raw chicken but then it needs to cook alot longer I am guessing 45 to hr and to check the chicken throughout cooking to make sure it is white throughout.Enjoy !!
