Ice Box Pickles (easy and crunchy) 7 cups cucumber, sliced thin 1 cup sweet onion, sliced 2 cups sugar 1 cup white vinegar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon celery seed
Bring the sugar, vinegar, salt, and celery seed mixture to a boil. Cool and pour over the cucumbers and onion.
Store in covered jar in the refrigerator. Keeps indefinitely.
