Blanch sausage and corn together lightly salted water for 3 minutes.
Place all of the above ingredients on the barbecue and grill for 3 minutes per side. Note: clams and mussels do not need to be turned, but must be cooked until shells open.
Butter Sauce Ingredients:
½ stick butter, softened 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped juice of one lemon 1 tablespoon red onion, fine chopped dash of Tabasco sauce pinch of cracked black pepper pinch of salt Method: Combine all the above ingredients together. Place hot seafood, sausage and vegetables in a bowl, add butter sauce mixture and toss until incorporated. Serves two.
